Please be advised that rental agreements and $200 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking, remaining balance due 7 days prior to  event. In thee event that you need to cancel you must give one week's notice and will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at a later date, if you don't keep that date you will then forfeit your deposit.
